Tragedy Strikes Nollywood: Actor Junior Pope Dies in Boat Accident

Today, we received sad news that actor Junior Pope passed away while filming in Asaba, Delta State. Reports say that he tragically died during a boat trip that went wrong.

The boat capsized, and Junior Pope, along with two other actors whose names have not been released yet, drowned in the accident. His body was found and taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The Chairman of Actors Guild of Nigeria in Delta State, Emma Onyemeziem, confirmed the news and mentioned that Junior Pope's body has been taken to the morgue.

This heartbreaking incident adds to a series of tragedies that have struck Nollywood this year.
